I started to make cakes for fun for my friends and family. But everything changed about 12 years ago, when I started to bake professionally at a bakery and that is where it all began. I have always loved to bake and cook, so I learned to love what I was doing and really enjoy making people happy! I am self taught and love to learn new ways to make cakes, pastries and different things in the kitchen. I continuously challenge myself to continue to grow and design things differently. I love to see people satisfied and truly happy with my creations. I love to play with different flavors and try to create new recipes.
